2. About this site
AppsRover is the portfolio and lead-capture site of a software development team based in Pakistan, offering software development, automation, and consulting services to clients worldwide.
3. Inquiries are not engagements
Filling out a contact form, sending a message, or having an introductory call does not create a contractual relationship. A formal engagement begins only when both parties have signed a written proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement.
4. Engagement terms (when applicable)
When we agree to work together, the controlling terms are those in the signed proposal or MSA, not this page. In the absence of conflicting written terms, the following defaults apply:
- Fixed-price scope. Each engagement starts with a written scope and fixed price. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately, never billed silently.
- Money-back on first sprint. If the deliverables of the first sprint are not useful, the first sprint is refundable.
- IP ownership. On full payment, you own all custom code we produce under the engagement. Open-source dependencies remain under their respective licenses. Pre-existing IP, internal libraries, and general know-how remain ours.
- Confidentiality. We treat your code, credentials, and conversations as confidential. NDAs available on request.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false information through the contact forms.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish the content of this site.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or any of its endpoints.
- Use this site or any service obtained through it for unlawful purposes.
6. Content & intellectual property
Unless explicitly noted, all content on this site — text, graphics, design, code samples, and case studies — belongs to us. You may quote it with attribution; you may not re-publish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
7. Third-party links and integrations
The site links to external sites (case studies, social channels, communication apps). We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
8. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to keep information accurate and the site available, nothing here is a guarantee of any specific outcome from working with us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD 100 if no fees have been paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless agreed otherwise in a signed engagement.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
