Summary
This site is the portfolio and lead-capture site of AppsRover. It collects the minimum information needed to (a) understand how visitors use the site and (b) respond to inquiries you submit through the contact forms. Your data is not sold to third parties.
What we collect
Information you provide
When you fill out a contact or lead form, we collect the fields you submit — typically your name, email address, optional company name and phone number, project details, and budget range. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and is shared only with the email service provider used to deliver the message to us.
Information collected automatically
- Anonymous visitor ID. A random UUID stored in a first-party cookie (
fm_uid) for up to 30 days, refreshed each visit. It contains no personal information and is used only to deduplicate analytics events. - Page activity. Page views, time-on-page milestones, button clicks, and form-submission events. Each event is associated with the anonymous ID above.
- Standard server logs. IP address and user-agent are logged for security and abuse prevention. IP addresses are not displayed publicly.
Cookies
This site uses one functional first-party cookie (fm_uid) for the purpose described above. The cookie is set with SameSite=Lax, is not used for cross-site tracking, and contains only a randomly generated identifier. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Third-party services
- Hosting. The site is served by a static hosting provider (such as Vercel). The provider may keep server-level access logs in line with its own privacy policy.
- Email delivery. Lead-form submissions are emailed via Resend, which processes the message contents to deliver it.
- Communication channels. WhatsApp, Telegram, and email links open third-party clients that have their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Lead-form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as we retain that mailbox. Anonymous analytics events are retained for up to 24 months in aggregate form. The fm_uid cookie expires 30 days after your last visit.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws — the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@appsrover.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, post a notice on the site.
